This workshop is designed to create a safe, clean, orderly and productive work environment. Through in person instruction the students will learn how to transform an area of the business into a 5S showcase that the rest of the organization can look to. This will result in improved teamwork, safety, communication, capacity, quality, OTD and employee morale. Deliverables will be a) 5S concept training b) Dispose of unnecessary items c) Find a home for necessary items d) Clean designated area e) Create cleaning checklists f) Create an audit process g) Train auditors and h) Create 5S visual metrics and story board.
