This workshop is designed to reduce both the Set-up errors and Set-up time from running one specific type of product to another. The Quick Changeover Kaizen tool is used to allow for more frequent changeovers to increase production flexibility and capacity. Through in person instruction the students will learn how to plan, execute, measure and sustain the results of the Quick Changeover Kaizen process. Deliverables will be a) Reduced change over time and b) Improved machine set up times & accuracy. The ideal audience for this course is senior managers, middle managers, experienced and entry level personnel.
