This workshop is designed to empower all employees to improve their processes through goal setting, performance measurement, root cause analysis & solution implementation. This creates a learning environment and removes blame and finger pointing, as it is process focused, while simultaneously building teamwork. Through in person instruction the students will learn how to establish and measure process metrics that support achieving the Future State Value Stream. The team will take a step-by-step approach to learning and implementing LDM. Deliverables will be a fully functional LDM system for all targeted areas. The ideal audience for this course is senior managers, middle managers, experienced and entry level personnel.
