This workshop is designed to transform the product design/process design methodology. The 3P Kaizen tool is used to focus on overall life-cycle costs by designing the product, manufacturing and support processes concurrently resulting in improved product quality, manufacturability and project OTD. Through in person instruction the students will learn how to plan, execute, measure and sustain the results of the 3P Kaizen process. Deliverables will be a) Increased sales and profitability and b) Reduced defects, rework, expediting fees, installation & field service costs. The ideal audience for this course is senior managers, middle managers, experienced and entry level personnel.
