This workshop is designed to reduce the waste of Variation from all business processes. Variation can be the cause of the remaining 8 wastes and is extremely important as it relates to the overall quality of the outputs of your processes. The VRK is a Kaizen tool used to help eliminate the “hidden factory”. Through in person instruction the students will learn how to plan, execute, measure and sustain the results of the VRK process. Deliverables will be a) Process maps b) Cause and effect diagrams c) Root cause analysis of CNX and d) Standard operating procedures. The ideal audience for this course is senior managers, middle managers, experienced and entry level personnel.
