This workshop is designed to provide your organization with the necessary administrative tools to properly implement a Lean Business System (LBS). The LBS consists of 5 major components: Strategy Deployment, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Lean Daily Management and Leadership Development and within these components there are numerous administrative processes. Through in person instruction the team will learn about all items that are required to be completed, referred to and used throughout the LBS. Deliverables will be LBS a) Forms b) Materials and c) Tools. The ideal audience for this course is senior managers, middle managers, experienced and entry level personnel.
