This course is designed to introduce the concepts of the Lean. Through in person or virtual lecture students will learn the philosophies, principles and practices of Lean and how they drive stakeholder (employee, customer, supplier, investor) satisfaction in the most effective and efficient way. This is accomplished by removing the (9) wastes that are present in every process thereby improving safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory.
