This course is designed to introduce the fourth component of the Lean Business System. This Lean tool is used to ensure the organizations results and processes are being upheld. Through goal setting, performance measurement, root cause analysis & solution implementation a learning environment is created while simultaneously building teamwork. Through in person or virtual lecture students will learn about a) Performance graphs b) Pareto charts and analysis c) Root cause analysis (5Y, Ishikawa, etc.) and d) Solution creation and implementation. The ideal audience for this course is senior managers, middle managers and experienced & entry level personnel.
