Part 1 of the LEADS Executive Fellowship program concentrates on the themes of personal leadership, and narrative building as it builds individual and collective capacity for participants. Led by Harvard Business School Faculty, the case study methodology is prominent in part 1 of this 3 part program developed for business and organizational leaders. While together, participants take part in an interactive workshop to build their 'personal ted talk' and establish a foundation for the role of the leader and the importance of establishing--and telling--of stories to set a vision and build trust.
All programming is delivered in-person.
