Description:

Through classroom and field learning, the Leads program combines the academic rigor of a Harvard Business School course with experiential learning opportunities. The core content will help participants develop skills to better position their businesses and organizations for growth and develop leaders with increased capacity for social and corporate responsibility who can assume greater leadership at the community level. The themes of Economic Opportunity and Civic Responsibility will run through each module of the 7-month program and participants will be asked to apply what they learn to their own organizations and on cross-sector project teams that will address some of our community’s most challenging economic and social issues. |
