In Strategic Marketing Planning, trainees will learn how to conduct internal and external market research and will learn audit techniques designed to assess brand positioning in the marketplace, and to analyze and strengthen reporting, tracking, and current marketing tactics. Trainees will learn techniques that aid in the development of prospecting initiatives to increase inbound traffic and learn how to best develop a strategic marketing plan with the intention to execute and develop new business. This course is intended for upper management and marketing executives. The course can be delivered both onsite and virtually.
