This course is designed to introduce the concepts of Lean Accounting. Lean Accounting is a natural transformation within an organization that is pursuing its Lean journey. As inventories shrink, as batch sizes get smaller, as productivity increases, as Value Streams transform, traditional cost accounting and management accounting systems quickly become sub-standard.
