In this course, students will learn how to create a 36 month forecast and a Land and Expand strategy to mine existing accounts more deeply. Taking this course will increase a leader's ability to create and track progress of the three year planning on a monthly basis with key metrics such as revenue, profit, cash, widgets and people. They will also align around an approach to maximize profit and reach within the existing account base. The method of instruction is often in-person but can be done remotely. The pedagogical practice is primarily class instruction and group discussions. Slides or drawn pictures can also be used. The ideal audience for this course are the senior leadership team and Senior Sales team members.
