In this course, students will learn how to identify/exploit key moments in the customers and employee's journeys, learn how to conduct a rigorous talent assessment and coaching plans.
1-2 key moments will be tasked to a senior leader to own and implement. We will learn to create a talent assessment exercise for each member of their team and create an individualized growth-based coaching plans.. Taking this course will increase a leader's ability to maximize impact for core customers and team members. The method of instruction is often in-person but can be done remotely. The pedagogical practice is class instruction and group discussions. Slides or drawn pictures can also be used. Ideal audience for this course is senior leadership.
