In this course, students will learn how to form and hone identity. We will establish fully our Core Purpose, Values, Objectives and Resources. Taking this course will allow the leadership team to attract, hire and grow the team better as well as being a touchstone for healthy growth. The method of instruction is often in-person but can be done remotely. The pedagogical practice is primarily class instruction and group discussions. Slides or drawn pictures can also be used. The ideal audience for this course are the senior leadership team. |
