In this course (and Day 5, 7, 8 and 9), students will learn how to break strategy down into its component parts. We will establish a Stakeholder Map, refine Core Customer and build Attribution Framework. Taking this course will increase a leader's ability to understand how the different components of strategy lead to a simple yet effective go to market approach.. The method of instruction is often in-person but can be done remotely. The pedagogical practice is primarily class instruction and group discussions. Slides or drawn pictures can also be used. The ideal audience for this course are the senior leadership team. |
