Risk Analysis is a methodology for analyzing potential problems early in the process where it is easier to take actions to overcome issues, including enhancing reliability through design. FMEA is used to identify potential failure modes, determine their effect on the operation of the product, and identify actions to mitigate the failures. A crucial step is anticipating what might go wrong with a product or process. This class is for all levels of the organization. The student will learn and understand the the requirements of implementing the FMEA tool within your organization and how to apply the tool. This is delivered in person over a period of two days. |
