Course participants learn and share best practices, develop project communication strategies and gain insights into how to handle common roadblocks and obstacles that could stand in the way of project success. This program is highly interactive and covers the tools needed for project management including prioritizing and organizing tasks, developing a plan to monitor core project parameters: time, cost and quality. Through exercises and discussion, participants engage with the material and practice these new skills. This course is instructor-led virtually or in an in-person classroom setting.
