This interactive instructor-led virtual or in-person program is designed for those who have the difficult task of delivering sensitive feedback or conducting courageous conversations. Participants will leave this workshop having a strategy to prepare and conduct these conversations, techniques to manage emotional reactions and a concrete plan on how to approach and have their next difficult conversation whether it’s with an employee, a boss, a partner or mother-in-law. Students will have the opportunity to role-play and practice new techniques throughout the session. Front line leaders, supervisors, managers, project managers would benefit from this course. |
