This interactive instructor-led virtual or in-person program is designed to help every individual learn innovative and proven ways to move out of the “victim mentality” to become a Totally Responsible Person. Participants will understand how they can turn any situation into an opportunity for learning and growth by accepting their accountability to others, as well as themselves. Each participant will learn techniques to move beyond blame and judgment and gain confidence and tools needed to interact in a positive, constructive and respectful way. Students will have the opportunity to role-play and practice new techniques throughout the session. This program is intended for individual contributors, supervisors, managers and leaders. |
