This Conflict Resolution workshop, designed specifically for supervisors, executives, and managers, in-person or virtual, focuses on identifying the main causes of conflict in the workplace and building awareness, skills, and resilience around it. Recognizing that conflicts contain both emotional and rational components, this workshop focuses on active listening, stress and anxiety reduction, and growth through problem-solving. From empowerment, resolution, and prevention, the Conflict Resolution program offers a holistic approach to tackling challenges. Participants leave equipped to manage feelings of disappointment, avoid desensitization to emotional components of conflict, and convey authenticity, vulnerability, and empathy.
