This program introduces managers, supervisors and employees to a structure that generates solutions to work-related problems. Students a) gain an understanding and the skills needed to make the best decision for commonly faced issues in the work place, and b) learn to refine those raw ideas and turn them into practical solutions. The workshop is set up as a comfortable, low risk forum – encouraging input from all involved. It is a fun, fast -paced session designed to produce specific actions for use on the job.
