This Strategic Planning training teaches students the the principles, methods and techniques to scale up your company. Students will be taught how to train highly motivated and skilled people in the right jobs. Students are taught how to create a pathway to a successful career for your employees with an industry dominated outcome-based market strategy while learning how to create a culture of great results for each person and that is goal oriented by establishing strong habits throughout the organization to drive success. The students will be taught how to create a proper talent assessment of each team member, how to lead and coach, how to hire and retain, and more.
