In module 3 of Strategic Planning the main focus that will be taught to the students is hitting your goals (EXECUTION). An execution model that establishes strong habits and meaningful communication throughout the organization. This training teaches the skills necessary for establishing and maintaining metrics, priorities and aligning execution and strategy. Students will also learn to review cash acceleration strategies. This course is a mix of hands on activities and discussion. This course is delivered onsite in person for management level employees. |
