Description:

The ability to communicate effectively is a critical skill for professionals who wish to lead, manage, and influence. This year-long individual course is designed especially for busy employees who require personalized attention for both schedule and development. The instructor will take the participant through the curriculum over the course of a year (19 hours in total). Participants will be invited to bring their own concerns. In addition, the participant will learn skills for the eight most common leadership communication competencies: leadership styles, being persuasive, controlling nervousness, presentation skills, motivating others, building relationships, handling conflict, and handling defensiveness. |
