Created by the Edward Lowe Foundation, PeerSpectives is designed to provide owners and executives with a peer-to-peer learning environment, both virtually and in-person. Comprised of individuals from unrelated organizations and consisting of 8-15 participants, the bi-quarterly sessions follow the same format. All participants are trained in the PeerSpectives Protocol that emphasizes confidential experience sharing.
