Module 3 is designed to teach how to improve internal and external brands. This training will focus on ensuring that the company’s talent is promoted externally for both the company’s and employees’ benefits. The topics that will be taught to the participants will be helpful tips for creating a talent microsite, how to properly build a LinkedIn company profile, how to create a Glassdoor profile, how to utilize Social Media guidelines and tips, and how to set up online monitoring tools. This class is a mix of hands on activities as well as class discussions, delivered in person onsite geared towards HR employees and administrative staff. |
