Module 4 of Talent Marketing is designed to cover material regarding the process of recruiting. Recruiting is a key component of retaining top performing employees. This training will focus on ensuring that your company builds a reputation that can attract the right talent a soon as the need arises. The topics that will be discussed in Module 4 are how to create a “Day in the life” employee profile, how to produce video testimonials per position, how to develop and utilize an employee referral program, how to create automated email templates, how to create a talent list-building process, and how to develop social media campaigns.
