This course, which is taught in person to managers and senior business executives, includes business leadership succession planning, ownership transfer strategies, business value maximization and more. We teach the owners a six step process that they then use to to analyze their financial needs, the quality of their business and its future, their ownership transfer options and tax consequences and then develop a Business Ownership Transition Plan to ensure successful leadership succession, business continuity and job preservation.
