This is an advanced training based on 7 principals of an effective safety and health management system designed to assist supervisors and managers in the knowledge, understanding, strategic thinking, planning, and development of a worksite safety plan to identify, avoid, control and prevent hazards in manufacturing. The objective of this interactive training will be to provide peer learning opportunities through guided exercises and topics in safety, health, wellness and compliance. Each module will allow the participants to discuss the pro/cons, challenges, limitations and obstacles to success. Each topic will allow for practice, demonstration and immediate feedback from peers and facilitator. This is delivered in person.
