This training is an introduction to principles and concepts and students will learn following areas; Management Leadership, Worker Participation, Risk and Exposure Identification and Assessment, Prevention and Control, Education and Training, Program Evaluation and Improvement and Communication and Coordination for host employers, contractors, and staffing agencies. An effective safety and health management system can greatly reduce the number and severity of work-related accidents and illnesses, increase productivity, moral and change a company culture. This is a training geared towards supervisors and managers, to be delivered on site.
