Description:

The Supervisor Training Program (STP) is a nine week program focused on developing the core supervisory skills necessary to successfully transition into the role of a supervisor. The five sessions cover the core components of a supervisor’s roles and responsibilities i.e. Communication & Emotional Intelligence, Managing Conflict, Effective Feedback, etc. Each session includes hands-on activities where these learned skills are practiced. Sessions are held every two weeks (8:30 – 10:30 AM), enabling the participant to return to their job and apply the skills learned during the session. Most importantly, each session begins with a comprehensive debrief/review of the content learned from the previous session. |
