Our Sales Leadership Workshop is a dynamic program designed for new and experienced sales managers. This program is trained virtually and in person. The workshop will explore the key roles of a leader (suoervise, coach, trainer, mentor), communication skills of a great leader, how to get the best from your people consistently and how to demystify the hiring process. Using thought-provoking exercises, role playing, and team assessments, leaders will be able to walk away with content to implement, build, and manage an effective sales team.
Our approach will include live role-playing of concepts, homework assignments pertaining to your people and their management needs. Ongoing reinforcement instills behavior change and accountability.
