Quarterly Training #3 (Process Development) - A day of focus and training with an emphasis on learning how to create effective processes using a technique called the 3-Step Process Documenter™. Attendees learn how to create processes to improve the efficiency of their departments and overall health of their organization. Managers and/or employees also review leadership tools & techniques, set priorities, and resolve any issues that might impede their progress. Attendees experience personal growth, and leave in a better position to help their organization improve. Sessions are in person or virtually if needed. Sessions include teaching best practices, group discussion, whiteboarding, and creating action plans.
