Annual Training (Day 1) - First of 2 back-to-back days of focus and training with an emphasis on team health, leadership development, and organizational planning. Attendees learn the The Lencioni Trust Pyramid and other Trust Builders.
The Agenda for Day 1 is as follows:
- Understanding the value of team health and implementing practical tools to improve communication.
- How to conduct an effective Organizational Checkup
- Conducting a S.W.O.T analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats)
- Building an annual Issues List
Both days of the Annual Training. For all levels; sessions are in person or virtually if needed. Sessions include teaching best practices, group discussion, whiteboarding, and creating action plans.
