Corporate Mental Health certification is the nation’s first early intervention course US workplaces. It introduces staff and leadership teams to the risk factors, warning signs, and prevalence of toxic stress and mental illness in the workplace. Through interactive discussion, role-play activities, and an ABC action plan, LEAD empowers professionals to identify early signs and symptoms of mental illness in their coworkers, effectively respond in both non-crisis and crisis situations, assess and report a mental health crisis, build “psychological safety” to catalyze innovation, practice self-care and prevent burnout to maximize productivity, and connect coworkers to appropriate self-help, company-based, and professional resources and help.
