Designed to provide both awareness and education through classroom and actual “hands-on” exercises in the work environment with emphasis on the Scientific Method of problem solving, team building and conflict resolution. Managers and trainers will evaluate progress and determine level of competence achieved throughout the apprenticeship period. Module #3, Problem Solving – Students will be introduced to tools that will be used as a basis to solve problems on the floor. PLAN-DO-CHECK-ACT (PDCA) and the 10-step Improvement Process will be used as the platform for training that supervisors will use for Continuous Improvement projects. Topics are Problem Solving, The 10-Step, 5S, Pull Systems etc. Delivered in person onsite for leadership.
