It is important to know your own personality preferences, but it is even more important and useful to be able to identify and flex to the communication styles of others. This highly interactive online or in-person program will provide participants with an overview of the four fundamental personality styles in either the DISC or Insights Discovery(R) framework. Attendees will then learn tools for recognizing the personalities of colleagues, and have opportunities to practice how to adjust and flex their communication styles to motivate and influence others more effectively. This program is especially useful for managers and leaders who want to communicate more effectively with their teams. |
