Participants will learn and apply the concepts and techniques of Lean Six Sigma including roles and responsibilities, the 7 tools of Lean, and how to plan and execute a Kaizen event and Green Belt project. This course is delivered live (in-person and virtual). Student progress is measured via chapter quizzes. A class project is undertaken related to each participant’s job. The project is planned with current and future state value stream maps. Projects are presented to the class and the certification exam is taken before graduation. This training is important because Lean Six Sigma is the basis for Quality and continuous improvement. The ideal audience is Project Managers, Quality engineers, Quality supervisors, and PMO process developers.
