This two part program guides emerging and experienced professionals from any industry and background to learn how to thrive in today's ever changing world of work. Participants build and practice discrete soft skills through prework, workshops and follow up assignments. The first part of the training will consist of coursework and follow up exercises with real time application after each training. Job aides and templates will be provided so they can be used independently to work through challenges independently after the program is completed. In the second part of course, participants will engage in additional workshops with group coaching to foster team work, conflict resolution and help anchor the learning from the coursework on Part 1.
