This course is designed for those who want to acquire the competencies needed to lead themselves and others to get extraordinary things done within a limited time frame. Participants will discover some unique techniques that can dramatically improve skills, sophistication, and the confidence needed to enhance their business image. Participants are required to be active during projects and workshops and to successfully complete the written exam at the end of the course. Students will learn the following- class discussion on each topic- class exercises through practical case studies- homework will be provided to ensure students’ practice. This course can be taken in-person or instructor driven via Zoom.
