This course consists of the PMI Project Management Professional Certification (PMP®). PMP is designed for managers, engineers, analysts, associates, project managers, and any other professionals that deal with projects directly or indirectly. Students will be able to add a variety of skills, tools, techniques, and qualifications to market to any manufacturing, software, or service organization. The course design is based on what businesses need now. Students will learn- class discussion on each topic- class exercises through practical case studies- homework will be provided to ensure students’ practice. This course can be taken in-person or instructor driven via Zoom.
