This training is designed to teach Sales executives how to develop into a strong Sales Leader using the Sales Xceleration model. .Students learn thru visuals (inperson or virtual) lectures, assignments( document your current sales strategy) and working with teams to review, role play and determine improvement. Day 3 We will dive deeper into Strategy and alignment. We will break down the components, discuss your Day 1 assignment and work with teams on how to revise. The objective will be to learn how to set a sales strategy and plan goals needed and the tactics to achieve your success. You will learn how to design an individual business plans and then align in to the sales strategy that you laid out during the workshop portion.
