This training is designed to teach Sales executives how to develop into a strong Sales Leader.We will cover Students learn the Sales Xceleration Model thru visuals (inperson or virtual) lectures, assignments( document current environment) and working with teams to review, role play and determine improvement.Day 4: is developing a deeper dive into the tactics. We will document a unique selling proposition, learn to do competition analysis and determine what are components of an outreach approach and how to design territories for success.
