Day 6: Learning SMART Goal Setting
This training is designed to teach Sales executives how to develop into a strong Sales Leader.Students learn thru visuals (inperson or virtual) lectures,and working with teams to review, role play and determine improvement.Students will practice in workshops. This course teaches the SX's model., Students learn to adopt new roles and the leadership skills required to create a “culture of change”. We will focus on SMART goal setting and the importance of alignment with the sales strategy. You will write SMART goals and review/edit in the workshop portion so you can build your own SMART goals with your management team.
