This training is designed to teach Sales executives how to develop into a strong Sales Leader. Students learn thru visuals (inperson or virtual) lectures, assignments( document and rank your current team) and working with teams to review, workshop a same improvement plan and determine/outline changes needed. Students will be able to analyze gaps, This course teaches the SX's model Day 8: How to write and administer improvement performance of the team. The first objective is to learn how identify,to pinpoint poor performance and the underlying factors. Then we will learn to create performance improvement plans and learn how to administer plans.
