This course teaches advanced negotiating and problem-solving skills to improve critical company processes and mold long held beliefs and methodologies into new supplier negotiation realities. Training includes small teamwork exercises, roleplay, group activity, team/group discussion, and analysis. Participants develop capability in negotiating when they have no power, understanding how to turn reticence into productive discussion, becoming aware of sly negotiating tactics the other side may use, and breaking conflicts (constraints) to coordinated and aligned negotiating effort.
