This interactive workshop provides participants with tools and techniques to successfully deliver feedback that improves performance, increases engagement, and strengthens relationships. Attendees of this program will learn best practices for giving and receiving effective feedback, common mistakes to avoid, and a specific framework for delivering feedback. The program format includes a combination of lectures, small-group and whole-group discussions, practice opportunities, polls, and time for self-reflection. The program is led live by an instructor and delivered virtually on our professional Zoom platform or in-person at a client site.
