This course is intended to qualify internal auditors to conduct effective audits of an organization’s quality management system (QMS). Through lecture and classroom exercises participants learn to apply the principles, processes, and methods of auditing and demonstrate the activities involved in preparing for an audit. This course also includes training on effective audits in the context of the auditee’s organizational situation, and allows participants to apply effective audit skills and practice personal behaviors necessary to conduct an effective and efficient QMS audit. Training is available on-site at your organization.
