Workshops are 1-3 hours in length and are designed for up to 200 in-person participants or up to 50 online virtual participants; Organizations can choose from the following topics:

Implicit Bias for Managers and Recruiters;
Intersectionality;
Microaggressions: What are they, how to avoid them;
Organizational Change to Achieve Equity.
YW Boston also offers a forum: Understanding Systemic Violence. This forum is 1 hour in length, delivered virtually, and does not have a limit to the number of participants.
