Why do so many leaders fail to perform in team environments? It’s because the natural leadership styles that have made them strong individual contributors’ conflicts with the styles of the others on their team. By developing an understanding of their Predictable Success natural style (Visionary, Operator or Processor), leaders can begin to deconstruct the inherent tensions between the styles and how that conflict results in gridlock and poor performance. Participants in this course will learn about the three natural styles and how they impact the Enterprise Commitment.
